Through a multi-directional approach, Linda develops strategic initiatives to provide business and organizations the opportunity to align their diversity practices with business operations and create a more equitable workplace for all people.

The Process

  1. Assessment

The assessment looks at the policies, practices, and perceptions of the organization, with subjective and objective measures utilized to complete the assessment.

2. Strategy

Following the assessment, a strategy is developed that includes recommendations and a short and long-range plan of action that will support your organizations direction and areas of focus.

3. Implementation

Lastly, customized programs are provided based on assessment result and a top-down approach where leaders drive the culture of diversity and inclusion. Programs may include education and training, consulting on HR practices, policy review, etc. as a part of the design
